1) Choose in the drop down box the types of cheese you prefer (Curd and Hard Cheeses, or no curd)
2) Each month you'll get an email reminder to make sure you are ready for another box (skip or cancel anytime) and you can always reply with requests for certain types of cheese for special events or seasonal cooking or anything you'd like for your family!
